Bad service

I made a booking through kulula on 22 February 2020 for travel on 8 May 2020. Due to the lockdown regulations, travel was banned. I have been trying to make a booking for travel in May 2021 using previous year's booking details but am being given the run around. Two weeks have passed and have not heard anything from kulula.com or British airways comair
