Bad service

I'm so disappointed with the service that I got from then I will never in my lifetime use it again on the 23 of February this year I booked 2 ticket the time was around 16h00 and I got the reference no and I was suppose to go to Johannesburg on the 26 of Feb and when we arrive at airport they could find our staff on the system and they said there is nothing they can do we must book another one if we want to go And the email waz sent to them but they didn't bother to reply until now and it's not first time kulula doesn't care about their customer at all.my no is ***or 078 105
