BAD SERVICE

I have tried to contact KULULA.COM on their phone number for weeks, nobody is answering the phone, I have sent emails, NOBODY is responding to any calls or emails. This is really BAD SERVICE. I have booked a flight in July and due to the lockdown, KHULUA.COM have cancell the flights, all I want to do is book another flight. NOBODY is assisting me!!!!!!!! I am getting really fed up by now!!
