Bad Service

A day after booking a flight with them they changed the flight departure time to a later slot. This impacted my connecting flight and made the departure time impossible for me. I thus tried very unsuccessfully to lodge a query on their 'contact us' page. Every time I try to submit the query it gives a runtime error.
