Bad service

I Miss Kwenzekile Mngoma a spiritual healer. Well I took a flight from Johannesburg OR Tambo to King Shaka WZLGMW booking number MN633 flight number. When I got to King Shaka my luggage was missing, inside my luggage was a polo bedding brand new, a polo jersey, my spiritual attires & traditional herbs & Charles Keith shoe, my Apple Watch charger , your King Shaka staff failed to help me, they didn’t give the digits of the Govender who swapped & took my heavy case & left his, I never got to view the camera, the Govender was called several times he never picked up, all I was told to go open a case at the police station??? How will I open a case with no information of the person who took my suitcase, is that the service you give people after we trust you with our luggage’s ???? I need answers ( luggage MN ********** 829 )
