Bad Service

Kulula changes the functionality on their website. They now have a R100 option to freeze a price. I booked a flight for my folks and this R100 was charged to my credit card when I did not freeze the price. I booked and paid same time. While communicating with you agent via e-mail this is what I was told, "I do believe the Price Freeze option is on the payment page of the booking and it is easy clicking on it without realising what it’s for." It is a good function, but really badly implemented.

So why have this function if you can so easily pay for it without realizing? Terrible service.
