Bad Service

I arrived at the lanseria airport at 1.20pm my flight was to depart at 13.55 to king shaka. There was a major accident on route to the airport therefore we were late. We were stuck in traffic for over 2 hours due to the accident.

When I got to check in they refused to allow me on to the flight together with a lot of other passengers. I now had to purchase a new ticket with Mango airlines and paid full rate for myself and my daughter.

Kulua has taken my money and now I am sitting at the airport waiting to take a new flight 3 hours later.

Ground crew at Lanseria were very unprofessional. Really disappointed with service
