BAD SERVICE!!!!
Last year when flying to Cape Town, I had to repurchase a ticket when checking in because I had purchased my ticket with my credit card which was my married name and my ticket was in my ****en surname (I am divorced), The Kulula check-in staff advised we that when I travel I must bring my divorced certificate with as proof of identity. I booked a flight to Durban for this weekend. When checking in I produced my divorce certificate,( as advised by Kulula check- in staff on my previous Cape Town trip) to show that my surname has changed, only to be told that I cant use my divorce certificate and that I had to purchase a ticket again!!! this trip cost me R2700 to Durban. The total cost to fly down to Durban ended up costing me R4200. They were not even willing to try or help, with a mistake they made by advising me to bring my divorce certificate. I honoured the request of bringing my divorce certificate, I would at least expect some kind of service or help in a situation like this!
