<p>They make passangers wait inside the plane with no fresh air or beverages while they sort out their technical issues</p> <p>My mom has back problems and she flew from Cape Town back to JHB after visiting me. She was stuck in the plane for almost an hour. They have no sense of customer service to make their passengers comfortable. Seems like this is happening too often as I also experienced something similar with kulula.</p>
