BAD SERVICE!!

<p>On Sunday, 26th February 2017, my friend were booked on a Kulula flight from CT to Lanseria. When we arrived at the airport to check him in, hour plus before closing time, they told him the flight was over booked!</p> <p>I mean....an areoplane just has so many seats and if your ticket is paid, how in the world is it possible that there are no seat available? After a fight they refer him to the person in charge, which had no idea how to handle the situation. She just keep telling us that an airlane is allowed to over book flights!! This is a firts to me.....! They re-book him on a BA flight to OR Tambo and taxi him to Lanseria, where his car were parked. This cost Kulula a big deal of money, because of imcompetant people working at Kulula. It was a big discomfort for him to fly to OR and to be transported to Lanseria, because he still had to drive 2 plus hours to his home.</p> <p>They cannot do this to passangers, not all is airport wise, you do a lot of harm to people!</p> <p>Needless to say....no more flying with Kulula!!!</p>
