Bad Kulula

I received an answer saying my flight gas bern cancelled. I called the call centre and the lady says she can exchange my flight without charging me. I received this sms about 36 hours before the booked departure time. The lady says she'll book my the day before or the day after. This is really intensitive as there are ripple effects to the flight cancellation, but the lady acts like I've just missed a minibus ride... There's a car hire and a hotel booking that has to be amended.
