Bad Horrible Service

I am highly disappointed with the poor service I got from kulula.com and COMAIR. I was told to send an email to *** which I did on the 1st of June from *** and till today I have never been attended. I only revived an automated email receipt to say they will attend to my request and it’s now a month later but no one has bothered to respond or contact me . I want my money , I need a refund for that ticket I bought via the Kulula app . This is frustrating really and I am not happy at all with the how things are done . I feel like I was ****med .
