Bad Flight

I was quiet shocked at my experience and service on my flight on the 22nd January (MN615)from O.R. Thambo to King Shaka Durban. We all boarded and then proceeded to sit in the plane for an hour while they sorted out a luggage issue. which seemed to be that they had loaded the wrong luggage on the plane. As if this wasn't irritating enough that we were now delayed for an hour. The cabin air conditioning wasn't working so all of us were getting very hot and irritated and the plane was fully packed. Then to add to this already unpleasant experience I was seated at the last row of the plane, to listen to the cabin crew moaning and complaining about their jobs and where else they would like to be. Not one of them came and checked on the passengers and their discomfort or at the very least offer a bottle of water while we waited. I find this service and care by the airline very sad and will seriously reconsider using them in the future,use another airline in future if this is how Kulula treats its passengers.
