Bad experience and service

Had such a bad experience this morning at OR tambo airport, I booked on Kulula for the 5.55am flight to CPT this morning arrived at check in at 5.15am with a family of 5 only to be told that we had to go to the Kulula office to rebook on another flight as check in is closed. The lady offered no other alternative, we were flying to Cpt to attend my fathers funeral. I then had to book on another flight costing me R2500 . But amazingly while at boarding gate of new flight people boarded as they were late and their luggage was on another plane. Strangely we did not have that option given to us. Very dissappointed with the service given. After everything i ended up paying R6500 for a one way trip to CPT for a family of 5.
