Bad experience

<p>Mb626 on sunday 20 november was delayed 3 times and eventually took off at 11pm. Gate was also changed. I only fly on the 737 800 out of a fear of flying. Without prior warning we were substituted with a 400 series aircraft which to me are very old despite being more comfortable since it was a ba plane. Had i known this i would not have flown with kulula. They never ever give me a good experience.</p>
