Bad customer service at departure.

My husband was 4 min late at the departure gate today and they refused to let him through, this is just ridiculous. 4 MIN!!!!!!!!!!!

He was pleading and even asked to speak to their manager and they just refused to help him at all. We will never ever support them again and we will not recommend them to anyone. Hope to God this was not another racial issue in our beloved South Africa. Very disappointing. Absolutely bad service
