Bad Customer service

To say I am disappointed & disgusted by Kulula Airline services is the understatement of the year! I booked for my family to fly to Cape town from Durban & their flight was suppose to land at 15h00..It is now 15:40 and they still haven't departed from King shaka airport and I am still stuck here waiting for them since 14:30 I even took time off work..This is the worse Airline company urge everyone not to book with them if they still value their money. The time and money that I have wasted today is lot as I had made arrangements for them to arrive earlier
