Bad attitude

I contacted the call centre on the 20/02/2018 09h05as I was struggling to make a booking on the web for 8 adults and 2children, the consultant was very rude and had an attitude- kept on repeating the same thing and made me sound like an idiot , The system doesn't allow me to book for 8adults and 2children I asked to send her a screen shot and she me straight no I don't need it, I asked to be transferred to someone else and she dropped the call is that what you call service?
