Avoid traveling with Kulula!

Last night their flight MN109 was delayed by 1.25 hours. The pilot said “It was one of those days”. My husbands luggage was broken into and a pair of my earrings ****** from his bag. This is the second time this year we have reported luggage issues to kulula and they have not bothered to respond. Please use alternative airlines and save yourself the hassle.
