Avoid flying KULULA (which is suppose to mean EASY)

0 is my rating but the 1 is HelloPeter's courteous default rating.

As we have all been affected by the pandemic and the implications of the lockdown, I want to use my last year's flight ticket for a new flight in March 2021. I have contacted Kulula since January to transfer my flights which were 1 leg Kulula return on British Airways to both flights to British Airways, which i was told is possible and the Kulula booking supervisor will return my call. NO CALL. I called Kulula a week later, I've spoken to Precious, Vulelani (twice), again NO CALL to book my ticket. I resolved to contact BA to effect the push- pull effect on my request. They cannot assist unless there is a request from Kulula. The JNB-CPT BA flights that I intended to book were R506 per leg, and now are R1300 and return is over R800. I also asked Kulula to credit my travel bank with the flight amount so I can make my own bookings, this was over 2 weeks ago, it is still not done.

Kulula are you trying to lose customers during this very delicate business recovery period?
