Avios Converted and Deducted but NO Kulula Moolah in my Travelbank - HUGE Inconvenience and Delay

<p>I am so terribly irritated now. I converted 10 000 Avios into Kulula Moolah today (Burn Account ********** ********** 48) and it was even deducted from my Avios and I received an email as confirmation that I can go ahead and book. THERE IS NOTHING in my Moolah Travelbank. I have been trying all day to book a Ticket for my Husband on my Kulula ID with the R600 converted Avios and to pay the difference but it says there is nothing in Travelbank when I get to payment. I phoned in and the lady said she cannot find anything on the above number, but I received the email as proof. You are now delaying my flight booking for my Husband to a Funeral on 23 June and costing me money as the prices go up. Extremely bad Customer Experience. Not sure if Flying with you guys is such a good idea anymore. I am so irritated by now. </p>
