Attitude of ground staff very poor
My wife flew with our 8 month old daughter on flight MN 105 from ORT to CPT Int Airport. When I was with her at check-in, they advised that we must leave the baby car seat at the fragile section for it to be placed on the aircraft. Upon arrival my wife couldn't find the car chair. When she went to ask the staff what may have happened she was treated like trash, all with our daughter in her arms. She was then told they don't know where it is so it is not their problem, if she wants to she can wait for 2-4 hours and see if it arrives on another flight. This was at 6pm, my daughter needed to bath and eat. My wife was then expected from your pathetic ground staff to wait around, no help was provided from your pathetic help desk.

When I phoned the call center, it took me 15 min to actually speak to a person, again telling me she can't really help.Eventually last night at 9 pm, the seat eventually arrived. We pay decent money to fly with you, so some consideration for my wife and 8 month old would be only acceptable. Kulula for me has now become one word, useless...
