Assaulted by Khulula staff at sales desk

No star deserved.tried to call and check in on line. No answer. Staff on phone with friends. Arrived a few minutes late. At airport at 9:00. Staff refused. Sales staff rude, sarcastic no service after being on phone with a friend and when I took a picture and said I will report he grabbed my phone, erased pictures. I called for security to assist. Nothing. Traumatised. I still have sms received after I left to say flight now boarding. I was thus on time.
