Arrogant Ground Staff

I was flying from Capetown to Joburg on the 7th June on flight MN122. The ground staff who assisted me with the checkin was very arrogant and had no idea on how to treat a customer. The staff name was 'Manelisi'. I was with my extended family and had 2 bookings. This staff made us all very uncomfortable and raised his voice for all the questions that we asked, there was no friendlyness and only arrogancy. I'm not really sure, how do you have these kind of staffs in such a big company.
