Are Kulula operating within the law?

Atrocious! Of the three flights I’ve taken with these clowns, all three have been delayed. This one is delayed by 95 minutes. It’s a 55 minute flight. I’m wondering if they’ve actually got the right amount of aircraft for the tickets they’re selling. Have their budget cutbacks infringed on the laws? Unacceptable.
