Appauling Service from Kulula

<p>I booked a flight from CPT to JHB on the 25. Aug for our son who is studying in CPT. The date of the flight was incorrect in that it should have been 01.09 but was booked for the same day 25.08. This was clearly an error. We had no communication regarding the fact that our son was never checked in etc. We could have corrected the error if we were told. Our son, showed up at the airport on 01.09.2016 only to be told that the flight was for the week before. since he had never used the flight and never checked in, he asked if it could be changed. he received no help and assistance in any way. It was 10pm at night and no one was willing to assist him in any way. i am extremely dissapointed and will never book with Kulula again.</p>
