Appalling yet again
Once again Kulula have let me down. Ordered a special meal for my flight to JHB, called beforehand to confirm the booking and of course get on the flight and \surprise surprise"no special meal. What was even worse was that I didnt even get and apology"

Thank you for bringing to our attention your disappointment regarding you not receiving your special meals on your flight ex Cape Town this morning I have addressed this complaint with the contact center supervisor and she has advised me that when the changes were made to the original booking, the meal request was supposed to have been reconfirmed by the contact center agent . Obviously , this was not done .
I have in the interim liaised with the supervisor and you can be assured the team member will be addressed in this regard . I have been assured remedial training will be conducted with all the team players to ensure everyone is up to date with current processes .
