Appalling service and lack of support

I have had the worst experience with Kulula.com over the last 2 months with them failing to resolve a very simple problem which is the result of their wrong doing. I never received confirmation for by flight after paying for it. I reported it to them and tried to change the dates of my flights. The agent I spoke to confirmed the change of booking dates however the change has still not been made, my money has been taken, every week for the past two months I get feedback that they are looking at it however there no final resolution. My experience with Kulula has been appalling to say the least. I still have no flight booking.
