appalling service

i'm absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service at kulula airways in Lanseria. i'm so upset , like super upset. I feel like kulula was not willing to help nor do I feel they were client centric. I was not treated fairly and i'm livid. our flight was booked for 14.45pm and I was stuck at avis car rental for bit, my checkin was done online , however when I got in at about 14.31pm they had just announced our names and i said its us, were here but but no i was met with a response no we have deboarded you. the other lady opposite me at checkin attested to that it was us they had just called. but they were so nonchalant not eager to assist. when i then enquired on a new booking no one actually helps us and the fact that i don't get a discount. i feel i was prejudiced and i had to run on the other side of the world to OR tambo to now fly with flysafair to get a cheaper deal . despicable service i tell you. flight MN595 and ref IPBYLI. lanseria to durban
