Apaling service delivery

<p>I booked an airline ticket as well as a car hire through the KULULA website. I had due to circumstances cancel it( long in advance). I phoned the helpline and was assured that my refund for the car would be in my account after 48 hours and my refund for the ticket after 3-8 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>despite VARIOUS e-mails, phone calls and lots of frustration I still HAVE NOT received ANY refund after 10 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I get very vague feedback that someone will revert back to me , but I still await feedback and payment.</p>
