AM & PM

I got completely confused with Kululas time formats , between the ticket and the online survey and the reminder they use a 24hr format and a 12hr format. On the survey there the 12hr with Am & Pm. When I flew from Cape Town I was reminded on the survey of 08:00:00 for take off ,and not 20H00!! and then also the landing at Lanseria at 09:36:40!!! and not 21H36 !! When they sent me a reminder of my flight back ,it was departure at 06:55 and arriving at 09:00 with no Am & Pm!!! Because I flew at night from Cape Town I was under the impression that I was flying back at night from lanseria. That's why I arrived at Lanseria at 05:30 pm on 17/04/16 for early check in, and not late!!! because I was flying at 06:55 like I was reminded by Kulula. To my surprise I was 12 hours late, because of the time format confusion by Kulula!! I had to buy another ticket without any understanding from the staff. I was told from the people at the check in counter that this happens a lot , and I am not the only one!! I am very unhappy about this , because my original ticket was R1800.00 , and I had to buy a new ticket at R2200.00 to get back to Cape town!!!!!!
