Dear Kulula, why are you always late? It feels like you do it on purpose. If I could choose never to use your services again, I would. Today, I am typing this very message from the seat of one of your planes stranded on a runway at OR Tambo. Apparently we are waiting for some crew members to arrive from another late Kulula flight. You are the worst. I would never business rescue you.
