Always delayed
Every time I fly with Kulula the planes are delayed. Not by a few minutes but by hours. I am so tired of it! Last time I stood in the wrong queue after waiting hours for the delayed flight, already checked in and they didn't even call my name to alert me. The plane was still here and they wouldn't let me on the flight stating I didn't have baggage booked! Shocking service. Will use Mango from now on

Thanks for sharing your recent experience with us. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the delayed of your flight.
Various reasons can affect a flights scheduled time of departure; some are within our control while others may not be. The manner in which the delay is handled is what sets each airline apart and I do apologise that we did not meet your expectations in this regard.
Checked in passengers are off-loaded from their flights 10mins prior to departure and the gates also close 10mins prior to departure. The crew have to do their final announcements and the captain to finalise communication with Air Traffic Control (ATC) before pushback of the aircraft.
We may not re-open a flight once it has been closed and this cause's irregularities in the figures and the paperwork takes longer to finalise and also takes longer to get the aircraft.
Your feedback has been sent to our management team to address the communication failure during the disruption.
