Accountability

<p>I travelled to Cape Town on kulula. During transit the shell of my suitcase was cracked.</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady in Cape Town, I think her name is Prudence was friendly, courteous and efficient. The process to register the incident was quick and effortless. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was kept in the loop and kulula replaced my damaged suitcase with the minimum of fuss.</p>
