Account never reversed
I have booked a plane ticket and the system timed out. It deducted the amount from my bank account but I never received the confirmation... I have contacted [URL Removed] and they asked for proof but did nothing. I have contacted my bank and they say the transaction was never reversed. I guess this is the last time I'm doing business with [URL Removed]
