Accommodation booking J55GUA5 at African Pride Melrose Arch

I've booked accommodation online with Discovery Vitality through Kulula.com early March 2020 for In 10 Out 12 April 2020 (2 nights) and paid in full. As soon as The National State of Disaster was declared on 16th March 2020, I tried to amend my booking to August 2020. I couldn't reach Kulula.com and amended with African Pride Mount Grace directly. Even African Pride couldn't reach Kulula to amend the voucher. After the Lockdown was announced on 24th March 2020, Kulula automatically cancelled my booking. I would prefer to get my money back rather than refund but No refund has been received to date.

Customer service has been terrible because it's impossible to reach Kulula.com. They are now closed with no word. Is my money lost?
