Absolutely useless!! Laptop went missing after being on the plane, around their staff for 5-10 minutes

<p>I was on a Kulula flight, and left my small laptop in the pouch by mistake (it wasn't sticking out of the pouch in the seat in front of me). I was in row 16. Rows 17 back leave off the back of the plane, and rows 16 forward leave off the front, so ALMOST NO PASSENGERS would have passed my seat, and the chances of a passenger seeing my laptop, that wasn't sticking out (hence me forgetting it), are MINIMAL. </p> <p> </p> <p>I noted the laptop was missing 5-10 minutes after disembarking and went striaght to the Kulula helpdesk. They 'looked for my laptop', and 'couldn't find anything'. ABSOLUTELY USELESS! The attitude given to me by the lady at the helpdesk was, 'don't expect to see your laptop again'! This is a disgusting culture for them to have, to just EXPECT that laptop (under the watchful eye of Kulula) would be gone in such a short time. </p>
