Absolutely Useless

I have a kulula credit card and lost it even before I started using it. When I called the call centre there to report the card lost and order a new card I was told that my account was blocked by the KYC team. How is this possible if it is a new card, how did the card get issued in the first place if the proof of residence and I'd were not given at the time of applying.

In the last month I have made countless calls (average 10-15 minutes) from my cellphone and have no feedback as yet. I have sent my documents through again and as of this morning the account is still being blocked yet I am being charged for something I do not have use of. Trying to get a hold of someone that is in the correct department is like pulling your teeth without the anesthetic. Even worse is if you try to speak to a Manager it is like SARS in days gone by.

This is pathetic to say the least and yet the bank wins awards for this excuse of a service.
