Absolutely Shocking

<p>My wife and I traveled to Stellenbosch for a couple of days. Our flight was due to leave CPT International at 11:55 (boarding time 11:25) We arrived at the airport at 10:30, returned our hire car, proceded to check in our bags and went through security to chill a bit before we board our flight.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 10:58 I receive an sms informing us that our flight had been delayed until 15:20, NO EFFORT was made to put us on an alternative flight or even give us a car hire voucher... Then at 13:11 I receive another email telling me that the flight is now delayed untill 16:00... AGAIN NO EFFORT made, not even a lunch voucher or a phone call... </p> <p> </p> <p>SHOCKING!</p>
