absolutely pathetic

<p>Very very disappointing the website is not up to date with an incorrect flight schedule. We were there 20 mins before flight departed and they refused to allow us onto the plane. No where on the website does it say check in closes. Staff absolutely ***********. Took almost an hour to reschedule flight, attendant was rude and ***********. Next flight almost 3 hours later despite schedule saying otherwise on website And on top of still made to Pay a penalty! Will Never use kulula again what disgraceful service and incompetency </p>
