Absolutely in efficient service
Our flight was said to be delayed for one hour due to adverse weather in the morning. We were on the last scheduled flight at 9:30pm MN517.... To our disgust, we were left waiting for 4 hours... its now 12:41am and we may embark in about 20 minutes... all car hires in our destination is closed... we are absolutely hungry... the aircons are absolutely cold in Lanseria airport.... the guest house is waiting for us... after departing which is now scheduled for 01:15 am we expected to reach our destination at 02:30am...an absolute chaos... This is peoples lives, we carry the risk of driving at this part of the hour...Kulula had a false start this morning and should have pulled their act together and planned and pulled resources... This is so inconsiderate after loyally using this airline. Very poor service. I'm expecting a refund after all purchasing their most expensive tickets.... So upset with kulula.com

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused to you by our flight delay. Our Mission is to always fly our customers and crew safely and on time, but sometimes we have to deal with uncontrollable factors that make us unable to deliver the service in the way in which we plan.
The main reason for the delay was due to the weather conditions earlier in the morning. Punctuality is so very important and we are aware that our performance in this area has not always been all it should be. We do realise we gain nothing from delaying a flight other than the loss of passenger trust and goodwill.
We do understand that this must have caused a great deal of frustration. Delays in the airline industry do occur, we realise it’s how the delay is handled that makes all the difference.
We thank you for allowing us the opportunity of an explanation and apologise for any inconvenience caused to you.
