Absolute *******

The worst airline ever. My flight has been cancelled on the way to cape town and on the way back delayed with more than 4 hours. Do not try to call the customer help line because they just disconnect your call while waiting for someone to answer. If you did want to go to the information desk, dont bother because all situations are out side of their control and you are just going to have to wait. Absolute *******.
