A unpleasant experience with a Kulula cabin crew captain

On Monday evening (30 October 2017) I flew from O R Tambo International Airport to Cape Town International Airport with Kulula.

I was seated at a malfunctioning seat which became the basis of the altercation between myself and the cabin crew member who was very condescending and dismissive of the fact that the seat had been faulty.

Just before touch down the cabin crew member requested I place the seat in the upright position. I informed her of its (the seats) malfunction and the cabin crew member impolitely dismissed my experience with the faulty seat and went on further fistly to lean over and push the button which should enable the seat to move to the upright position ( the seat failed to do this) then the member went to the row behind me to attempt to push the seat foward ( which also failed). Upon landing at Cape Town airport after all passangers had disembarked I decided to formally address my dissatisfaction with the conduct of the relevant cabin crew member, who did the following: 1. Assured me no other passengers had experienced any problem with the seat, even going further to state she had conducted research of this claim 2. Constantly interrupted my attempt at dialogue with her before informing me with an attitude that she was done having a conversation and walked away. 3. The member then went on to speak to a member of the staff at the Cape Town airport on the aircraft in Afrikaans informing him that I was causing a scene and how come the seat only malfunctioned when I sat on it, insinuating I had brocken the seat. 3. Finally the member sarcastically asked me to have a good evening since I had "made everyone wait for me " referring to the ground staff who were waiting outside the aircraft.

I am completely disappointed and rather irritated with the service I got from Kulula.
