A combined effort to prevent a Refund!

Unaware that I was being charged when a flight was 'Not Verified', I was charged 3 times for one flight. After 8 weeks I was refunded for one flight. What a battle to get the second amount back. After two long winded calls previously today I made 3 calls where when I asked to speak to a Manager I was forced to relate the long story all over again and then left on the line ad infinitum, obviously no intention of doing so and leaving me hanging on. Admittedly the third time I only waited three mins as I knew the story.
