81 year old lady denied access onto a flight

<p>Absolutely Disgusted!!!</p> <p>My 81 year old grandmother was denied access onto a KULULA flight today in OR Thambo due to an error in the name on the ticket- booking ref: "NLIXVX"</p> <p>Due to my gran's health - a flight was purchased online - for her to come back home to Durban- I understand the error on my part, and company terms and conditions-</p> <p>My question is this: In what world does terms, conditions & policies trump human life? Whereby the ground staff where unwilling to assist, provide alternatives and where absolutely rude to a 81 year old lady!</p> <p>Thanks Kulula for showing my family today- how less human life is valued to your staff, the very same staff that represent you as a company!</p>
