4 months later and still no form of refund.

When an airline cancels their flights on you it is frustrating. When it takes more than 3 months to get that refund to a travel bank organized, you start getting angry. However, when they make mistakes with the refund and there is no number to call, no person to go see, only an email address which might respond within 48 hours, that makes you livid.

Dear Kulula, this is the last time you will be seeing my business. Just a friendly reminder: if you don't improve your customer service, I don't expect you to be around for much longer as there are others that are much more helpful, efficient and treat their customers better.
