4 hour delay of airplane

I had booked 2 tickets for an aircraft scheduled to leave OR Tambo international airport at 16:55PM to durban. The aircraft was delayed for 4 hours. My relatives were waiting for 4 hours with no consideration from kulula regarding food or beverages for my relatives on the aircraft. My relatives didn't even have transport to get home from King Shake airport as the plane landed at 10:15pm. This is the 3rd incident of plane delays that I've had with kulula. This is utterly unacceptable! I will not be booking with kulula in future.
