3 out of 4 flights delayed
Wow! I've flown Kulula 4 times in the last 4 months and 3 out of those 4 flights have been delayed. I'm done with Kulula. I'd rather travel to Jhb International and fly SAA. Tonight's flight delayed by 2 hours. Unacceptable.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
I do apologise for the delay on your flight which was due to an earlier flight that had a technical problem . We would really love to have our flights adhere to their schedule however in this industry nothing is set in stone. Where there is a mixture of manual and mechanical labour something is bound to go wrong at times. We have very competent engineers who would not allow an aircraft to pushback if it was not 100% safe. As the same aircraft was scheduled to operate your flight therefore this delay impacted on you.
On time performance is a prime area of focus for us and we always review any disruption we have imposed and what alternatives we can use for future. Unfortunately with the delays experienced on Sunday no alternatives were available at the time.
