3 kg over luggage , with laptop as hand luggage and still charge me R350 for extra weight. Pathetic!!! My previous flight was delayed with hour and half because your AC unit was faulty….. but thats ok, clients must just accept it!!!! Also stop putting clients on kulula.com flights when we booked British Airways!!! Last time I use Kulula.com…. Most of the time late and its virtually impossible to change a booking because clients need to call your pathetic call centre that keeps you waiting for min of 20min!!
