2 months later, still no refund. Being ignored.
I have been waiting for 2 months for a refund since cancelling my flight with kulula. To date nothing has been received, I have been liaising with Nicolene Linstrom who no longer responds to my emails.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.
I have been advised by Nicolene that the refund was processed on the 11th of January back to the original credit card that you used to purchase the ticket. I have also taken note of the correspondence between yourself and Nicolene in which she has advised that the refund was processed as well as advising that it was refunded into the original form of payment.
The refund was finalised according to the fare rules of the ticket purchased, thus you received only the airport taxes and not the base fare.
Kindly check your bank statement for confirmation of the refund.
